Terms and Conditions.
The following terms and conditions relate only to the sale of goods from my online store.
Placing an order
An order is deemed to have been placed by the customer once they have provided a name and delivery address, and confirmed their details using the submit button.
An order will only be processed once this confirmation and subsequent payment has been received in full at which point a binding contract is deemed to have been entered into.
Cancelling an order
Once an order has been received, it cannot be cancelled. No refunds of any kind will be given once an order has been confirmed and paid for.
Delivery
Delivery is free to addresses within New Zealand. Due to the ingredients of this product, we are unable to ship internationally at this point.
We use external couriers for the delivery of these products. As such, we have no control over them or any acts of nature. If a delivery is late due to your location, accidents, or any other unforeseen event, we will not be liable for any consequential loss.
Damaged goods
All products are well-packaged for delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to check delivered goods upon delivery. In the rare instance that an item is found to be damaged upon delivery, a replacement will be delivered immediately once a photo of the damaged goods has been emailed to mark@earthwood.co.nz. No replacements will be given after 3 working days of dispatch.
